Tibor, trained as a PhD physicist (Budapest, Heidelberg), has a 10-years academic career, with numerous publications on General Relativity, Cosmology, and Quantum Chemistry topics. He has also a solid background in management and financial accounting consultancy (15+ years), and conducted many projects in 18 countries on 4 continents.

Tibor is a dedicated advocate for a coordinated international lunar resource prospecting campaign. Since the founding of Puli Space in 2010 he is relentlessly working on the first Hungarian Moon missions.

Puli is developing a range of lunar exploration technologies, including the NASA award-winning Puli Lunar Water Snooper (PLWS), a rugged, micro-sized, neutron spectrometer and its own low-cost, lightweight planetary rover platform with unique mobility capabilities.

Puli’s first lunar payload, the Puli SpaceTime Plaque, was flown on the Peregrine Mission 1 of Astrobotic early 2024. On the IM-2 Mission of Intuitive Machines to the Lunar South Pole region in March 2025 the Puli Lunar Water Snooper became the first ever Hungarian instrument to land and operate on the Moon.
