Evan Laske

Robotics Engineer – Dexterous Robotics Team – NASA JSC

Evan Laske is an experienced Robotics Engineer and R&D Team Lead at NASA’s Johnson Space Center. His technical work has includes significant contributions to humanoid robots such as NASA’s Robonaut 2 and Valkyrie robots. Evan holds multiple patents on spinoff technologies such as the crew-wearable Space Suit RoboGlove grasp-assistant, which has a licensed commercial product.  Recently, Evan has worked on technology development projects for mobility systems and has been embedded as an engineering attache within one of NASA’s LTV contractors to enable closer public-private partnerships for the lunar surface. Evan currently manages multiple early-stage research and development pipelines in robotics related technologies through NASA Small Business and Partnership opportunities – collaborating with SMEs across the agency to develop robotic capabilities.
