Jesse is the General Manager at Adisyn, an ASX-listed technology and cybersecurity provider headquartered in Perth. He brings extensive experience across Defence, federal government, and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, compliance, and large-scale system modernisation. His expertise spans both operational technology (OT) and data/IoT environments, enabling him to address complex challenges where critical infrastructure and digital systems converge. 

Previously, Jesse was the Director for Space, Cyber, and Federal Government at Downer Professional Services, where he was instrumental in leading national security programs supporting Defence transformation. His portfolio included Insider Threat programs, deployed ICT environments, and Sovereign Satellite Communications, initiatives central to enhancing capability and resilience across Defence operations. 

Jesse also draws on operational experience as a former Royal Australian Navy submariner, where he specialised in secure communications. This combination of operational background and strategic leadership equips him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, security, and mission outcomes.
