Ted has been Director of Advanced Research (Section41) for the National Security Agency, Acting Deputy for Research at the National Reconnaissance Office, and Office Scientist at DARPA for the Defense Manufacturing Office. He’s known for his roles in developing the practice of enterprise modelling and integration, now a huge sector. He currently serves as Chief Scientist of Sirius-beta Labs, developing and delivering the generation beyond AI for Defence and Industry.
