Through these projects, Blue Tongue has invested and trained, employed and managed 2500 + specialist trades people to work in Australia. Seeing the need for training innovation in mining & resources and heavy industry, Tully started Better Than Reality in 2024. Better Than Reality is a groundbreaking training and tech business, building skills and safety training assets in Virtual Reality to increase productivity and reduce risk for its clients.
